Cockburn Ingram Road Academy

Built in 1904, Ingram Road Academy is proud to have been at the heart of Holbeck for over 100 years, working in partnership with families, local organisations, and neighbours to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for our community. We believe that a strong school is built on meaningful relationships and shared values, and are committed to ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

As a bustling through school with over 330 pupils, we strive to offer our pupils a rich and varied range of experiences that extend far beyond the classroom. Whether through creative projects, sporting activities, trips, or community events, our curriculum is designed to broaden horizons, spark curiosity, and encourage children to see themselves as lifelong learners. Our aim is to nurture excellence in all that we do, supporting children to achieve their very best and give them aspirations to take them far in their futures.

The school is proud to have joined Cockburn Multi-Academy Trust in July 2025 which strengthens their shared vision of all our pupils’ transformation to excellence and develop a smooth continuity of education from aged 3 to 18.
